Continuous improvement

In order to improve our customers’ satisfaction day by day and achieve excellence as a 3PL, at Disnet we work with continuous improvement methodologies that allow us to optimize the competitiveness of our organization day by day. Our goal is to help make our customers’ supply chain as effective and efficient as possible.

As a result, we are working on the project to build a new logistics warehouse in Sabadell. It will have an area of more than 11,000 m2 and more than 150,000 m3 of capacity, certified with high risk level 8 . With a layout adapted to the new demands of the sector at all levels (operational, environmental, regulatory, social …).

Ecosystem

Infrastructure

Disnet It has a logistics warehouse in Sabadell with more than 6,500 m2 of warehouse and 900 m2 of offices. The current facilities are designed and adapted to the needs of our customers’ supply chains, which are very diverse depending on the type of product and the handling needs they require.

Management system

DISNET’s integrated quality management system is based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and on the ISO 28000: 2008 standard, of which it has the corresponding certifications.

In addition, in order to achieve business excellence, our management is based on the EFQM model of the European Foundation Quality Management.

This work methodology provides us with the following strengths:

Process approach – to manage and have control of each of the interactions between the processes and the functional hierarchies of the organization.

Trust – to prove the existence of a strong and secure management system of our supply chain in front of regulators and authorities.

Coherence – to provide a consistent approach common to all suppliers within our supply chain.

Customer satisfaction – to demonstrate the ability of our organization to meet the requirements of our customers.

Risk management – We assess security risks and have the necessary controls or mitigating measures in place to manage threats and potential impacts on the security and reliability of our supply chain.

GIS Policy

The Integrated Quality and Safety Management System Policy for the DISNET supply chain is defined as follows:

“Disnet is a Logistics Operator that offers a flexible service tailored to the needs of each customer. Our goal is to facilitate the outsourcing of the logistics function of manufacturing or distribution companies and to become the logistics department of our customers.”

We plan, organize, implement, review and control the processes of the entire supply chain (procurement, warehousing, order preparation, distribution, transportation and other activities of the production process) with the commitment to meet the quality and safety requirements expected by our customers.

Disnet is firmly committed to its customers:

  • identifying possible deficiencies in the Integrated Management System, implementing the necessary correction mechanisms
  • review it periodically in order to improve it and adapt it to the changing conditions of our environment and the needs of our customers.

Information management

Information management is a fundamental element for a 3PL. For this reason, Disnet has a multi-warehouse WMS application, which allows us to process the specific and specific information of the most diverse products and to properly manage material flows, as well as to have a strict traceability of them.

Products are managed according to the queue criteria specified by each client:

FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, RND,….

We have a file exchange system (csv, txt, pdf, etc.) via FTP as well as connectivity via WebService (API REST, SOAP, XML …) to integrate with any external information system so that the information between the different agents in the supply chain flow in real time and without waiting.

All this allows us to give full visibility of the traceability of products and services in real time for our clients through our web platform.

CSR

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) goes beyond compliance with laws and regulations, assuming their respect and strict compliance.
